CrazyFly R&D team developed a brand new concept in construction of Bulldozer 2011, which radically improved the riding performance.
Brand new technology called Crazy Flex Tips developed by CrazyFly is integrated under the hood of Bulldozer. New technologies in composite materials allowed us to produce ultra thin tips which are extremely flexible and very strong. Crazy Flex Tips make the kiteboard very comfortable and extremely responsive. They generate much more pop and provide the softest possible landings. You can really load up this board and it just explodes when popping you up in the air. We believe this technology makes kiteboarding even more fun than it ever was. Crazy Flex Tips pushed Kiteboarding to a new level.
Bulldozer is constructed from finest selection tip to tip wood core, which is precisely shaped by a CNC machine. Unique layers of multi axial fiber glass combined with uni directional carbon fibers and 3D ABS rails complete the layup of Bulldozer. High performance stainless steel inserts are extra reinforced, to hold wakeboarding boots in tight, even during the most powered wakestyle tricks. Bulldozer has the wide stance option for more stability when performing freestyle and wakestyle tricks.
Bulldozer is designed for intermediate to advanced riders looking for a high performance freestyle board with loads of pop.
Bulldozer comes complete with dual density EVA pro footpads, Quick Fix II footstraps, handle and G10 fins.

FULL CARBON CONSTRUCTION
Based on our ten years of experience in building high quality kiteboards with top performance, we simply believe that carbon fibers are irreplaceable. Carbon fiber is ultra light and at the same time extremely strong. This material is very dynamic and it returns instantly to its original shape after being stressed, which provides loads of pop for carbon fiber kiteboards. Not only carbon fiber has the same initials “CF” as our brand, but its ratio of high strength, low weight and quick dynamics makes it the most suitable material for a high performance kiteboard. These are the reasons why carbon fiber is used in CrazyFly kiteboards, which are expected to be light, very responsive and have a lot of pop.
HIGH TENSILE STRENGTH UD CARBON FIBERS
High tensile strength Uni Directional Carbon fibers make the board lighter and you will really feel the difference during jumps.
Carbon fiber comes as a high strength, high stiffness and very light synthetic fiber. Carbon fiber composites are ten times stronger than steel, and still five times lighter. Carbon fiber has amazing structural properties. You can find them on the best products humans had ever produced: in construction of formula 1, aerospace technology, military secret programs, and the best sport racing equipment. The result of our tight intensive research and tests with developments from carbon industry is High Tensile Uni Directional Carbon fibers exclusively used in production process of CrazyFly kiteboards. Uni Directional carbon fibers strengthen the board in the area of highest stress when the board is pressured. Carbon enriches the dynamic response of the board which makes the flex and pop very attractive.
CRAZY FLEX TIPS
Brand new concept of ultra thin tips on twin tip kiteboards developed by CrazyFly. New technologies in the fast developing composite industry enabled us to build extremely thin tips with amazing flex and strength. At first, you may think they are so thin that they will break after the first landing, but they hold. Crazy Flex tips are so flexible it is almost impossible to break them during riding. Crazy Flex tips technology is something you have never experienced before. It delivers a very unique performance on water. Crazy Flex tips make the kiteboard very comfortable and extremely responsive. They generate much more pop and provide the softest possible landings. We believe this technology makes kiteboarding even more fun than it ever was.
CNC SHAPED WOOD CORE
Core is one of the most essential elements in every kiteboard and we are very aware of this fact. Therefore we choose only finest selection wood for the core of all CrazyFly kiteboards. 3T CNC Shaped Wood Core is very unique. It is made out of a special Thai exotic wood and its main properties are ultra light weight and extreme flexibility. Wood is a great material, because it has natural flex and pop abilities, which no plastic could replace. Having a full wood core made from continuous wood fiber from Tip To Tip without joints makes the board much more flexible and stronger. To have precisely shaped cores of highest quality we are using a CNC to cut the outlines and drill holes. 3T CNC Shaped Wood Core is a part of every CrazyFly kiteboard.
TIP TO TIP WOOD CORE
Tip To Tip wood core has no joints, maintains wood's natural flex properties, and is incredibly light. The rider can enjoy a light board with excellent flex and pop properties.
3D ABS RAILS
We decided to use ABS side walls construction as the best one in this industry. ABS is a high strength, very durable thermo-plastic material. The adherent bonding with upper and lower reinforcement carbon materials creates a torsion box, with high torsional stiffness. CNC shaped and hand fine finished rails you can be found on all of our boards. Bright colors help you to find your board in the water.
Concave bottom and 3D ABS rails make carving and switching between carves smooth and easy.
CONCAVE BOTTOM
We simply believe in the concave bottom shape. This is one of the main characteristic features on our boards. The board is stable in carves, easy to switch, and marvelously smooth to control. It Works ingenious during landing and helps you to come out of all possible troubles.
TAIL OUTLINE SHAPE
After years of testing, CrazyFly's designers decided to use the new tail outline on the boards. This new feature allows the rider to load up an edge when performing jumps, leading to more hang (air) time and better tricks.
G10 LOW DRAG FINS
We use G10 fins with a very thin profile in order to prevent drag. G10 fins are durable and hard to break. G10 material is the best solution in the industry.
G10 is a legend. You can not find something better in fins production. Excellent strength, stiffnes and durability. The profile of our fins is still radically thin with minimum hydrodynamic resistance. 2010 line of fins is characterized by nice colors – it helps you to catch sight your board when it is lost.
PROGRESSIVE FLEX TIPS II
It is very complicated to make a mathematic simulator of flex which would be accepted by top riders. We have chosen the other way: to make an analytic search of human feelings of our riders and test riders. We improved our successful progressive flex tips on the boards for the year 2009. It is accomplished by allowing more flex on the tips only and making the central area of the board even stiffer.
SHOCK ABSORBING SYSTEM
After a couple hours of riding in choppy water your knees are tired and hurt. Our new developed Shock Absorbing System damps the shocks from water and vibration of board during performance riding. The unique smooth feeling of riding is guaranteed with cooperation of our Shock Absorbing System and Progressive flex II control system. Both together, they make the CrazyFly board amazingly collected. Now you can ride while the sun is up in the sky.
QUICK FIX STRAPS SYSTEM
With the brand new Quick Fix II you can mount the straps faster and easier than ever before.
With our Quick fix II strap system you just need a couple seconds to mount it on the board. Easy and simple, but the result is charming. The straps always stay in their position. In combination with our lightweight dual desity EVA pro pads you are able to change the position and angle of pads very easy and fast.

LIGHTWEIGHT DUAL DENSITY EVA PADS
In CrazyFly, we do not simply follow fashion trends on the market. We produce highest quality products for kiteboarding to give users the most benefits. High quality and durability go hand in hand and our light weight dual density EVA pads are not an exception. Some might ask, why we do not have EVA injection molded pads as the majority of the market and the answer is quite straight forward. We do not focus on cost cutting and profits, but rather on producing best possible products. Our dual density EVA pads are much more durable than injection EVA pads. This has been tested and proved over a long period of time and that is why we offer them to you.
STANCE ANGLE ADJUSTABLE PADS
The position of inserts on the board to assemble in footpads offers stance width options. Our new Stance Angle Adjustable Pads enable the rider to adjust the stance angle, to fit your personal preference, in a few seconds. Wider stance boosts the dynamics of the ride, and stability when landing jumps.
SPECIAL 3D EFFECT COLOR
